About this microcredential

This microcredential introduces types of data systems and technologies in the manufacturing workplace. The focus of this training is awareness of current and emerging technologies that will improve manufacturing processes and associated work.

What will you learn?

You will learn how to prepare and analyze manufacturing information of a business to generate reports and dashboards using best practices in data visualization for different levels of the manufacturing workforce. You will get a hands-on introduction into key tools (MS Excel, MS Power Query and MS Power BI) used to support real-world business decision-making within manufacturing organizations.
