This microcredential introduces you to Indigenous peoples’ collective histories which outlines a rich heritage of trade prior to and during colonization which helped to form Canada’s economic base. It will overview the challenges for Indigenous Businesses and Entrepreneurs. This microcredential is part of the Indigenous Leadership Applied Certificate consisting of eight courses: Leadership Principles, Coaching and Teambuilding for Leaders, Indigenous Leadership and Resilience, Indigenous Business and Entrepreneurship, Management Principles, Business Management, Managerial Skills, and Supervisory Skill. Apply to graduate when all eight courses are successfully completed.
